Warranty at Hope-Rocks.com
Our Policy
At Hope-Rocks we offer a 6-month warranty on all our glowing rocks products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise within the 6-month period. In the event of a defective product, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the defective product. We will then assess your claim and confirm the next steps. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please keep in mind, keep products away from children if swallowing the item is a concern. These are non-food items and can cause choking if swallowed.
